Hazard Register

Mango contains a register module that can be used to track any type of requirement from any industry. One example shows how the module can be used as a Hazard registry for identifying hazards in the workplace to comply wih Health and Saftety regulations.

The second example illustrates how the register module can be used for international businesses with multiple sales locations. Using a centralized database quotes, invoices, and purchase orders are controlled via one register that includes a running number to ensure duplicates are not encountered.

Hazard Management

Track all hazards around the workplace to ensure a running log is kept. Actions can be assigned to each hazard to implement corrective actions.

• Create register.
• Add in all fields required for accurate problem description.
• Enter data as and when hazards occur.
• Inform all employees of hazards via online access.

Customer Management

Most companies have multiple sales sites. To avoid confusion and duplication of work Mango's register module can be used to track and assign key information about customer documentation such as quotes. In order to do this the user would:

• Create a register - Called Quotes
• Add all relevant fields into the register
  • Quote number.
  • Date of quote.
  • Validity of quote.
  • Customer name.
  • Customer contact person plus details.
  • Next contact date
• Whenever a quote is requested the user would log onto the system to take the next quote number.
  • Information would be filled in.
  • Quote can be generated through template stored online.
  • Ensuring brand uniformity.
