TouchTest Shock 2 Control System
Lansmont is proud to present the latest addition to the growing family of Windows™ based TouchTest control systems; TouchTest Shock 2! Based on the extremely popular TouchTest Shock control system, TTS2 for Windows™ adds many new and powerful features.
The heart of the TTS2 system is an integrated micro-controller, which is used for all machine operations and is interfaced through an LCD touch screen display. The machine controller allows the operator to set up basic functions, such as drop height, brake pressure, and programmer pressure.
More advanced set up features, such as shock pulse predictor and auto-cycle functions are also included with the control system. Once the shock test machine is properly set up, the TTS2 controller interfaces Lansmont's ever popular TestPartner for data acquisition. TestPartner is a Windows™ based software system that includes some very powerful analysis tools.
Among these are Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) analysis, FFT analysis, shock response animation in both 2D and 3D modes, Shock Response analysis with programmable model Fn and damping, and tolerance band overlays with selectable Mil-Spec and programmable pulse parameters. TTS2 is incredibly reliable and , with TestPartner analyzing your shock events, incredibly powerful as well.
TTS2 comes in two versions:
The full SystemStation version, which includes computer, pneumatic interface, large LCD flat panel touch screen display, and all interconnecting cables conveniently packaged in a roll-around floor standing console.
Lansmont also offers TTS2 in a bench-top version, which includes computer, desk top LCD monitor, pneumatic interface, and all interconnecting cables. You provide the bench or cart for the computer, everything else remains the same!
If you currently have an older Lansmont shock test system, the new TTS2 for Windows™ controller has been designed to easily retro-fit your existing machine, enabling you to have the latest state-of-the-art shock tester without the investment of an entirely new shock machine. Either the full SystemStation option or bench-top option may be selected, and the upgrade includes a retro-fit to the machine's existing electrical J-box and optical positioning system.
